The robotic sliding rail laser cladding equipment mainly includes a laser, laser cladding heads with different structures such as reflective coaxial annular/transmissive coaxial annular, robotic sliding rail, six-axis robot, spindle rotary table/positioner, water cooler, stabilizer, powder feeder, and integrated control software and hardware. It can realize batch laser cladding processing and additive manufacturing on the surfaces of various large workpieces.
● The robotic sliding rail is equipped with a six-axis robot, which can expand the working range; by matching different motion systems (such as spindle rotary table, positioner, etc.), it can perform cladding processing on various complex and large workpieces;
● Modular integration, allowing quick disassembly and assembly;
● CNC/PLC operating system, featuring quick learning, simple operation, and flexibility;
● High cladding efficiency, low heat input, rapid powder utilization rate ≥93%;
● Metallurgical bonding between the cladding layer and substrate, dense structure, no defects such as pores, cracks, or inclusions, low dilution rate, and small heat-affected zone;
● Stable and reliable system operation, adjustable and controllable cladding parameters, enabling centralized control of laser, powder, gas, and robot.
