Laser Cladding Powder

　　We provide laser cladding powders specially designed for various laser cladding equipment, including nickel-based, cobalt-based, iron-based alloy powders, carbides, metal ceramics, and mixed powders. The gas atomization/vacuum gas atomization powder-making process ensures precise composition control, extremely low oxygen content, and control of harmful elements P and S. These powders are widely used in wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and high-temperature resistant fields such as coal mining, metallurgy, power, mining machinery, wind power, automotive, and molds.

　　Our company provides supporting hydraulic support laser cladding powders, applied respectively to the outer circle and inner hole of the oil cylinder. This series of powders features stable hardness, good forming performance, and excellent corrosion resistance.

Fe-1060 is a special powder for laminar roller/conveyor roller laser cladding. It is an iron-based high hardness powder with hardness ≥58HRC; this powder has good resistance to sliding friction, impact, and corrosion, replacing the traditional Ni60 spray welding remelting process.

Ni2020 is a special laser cladding powder for cast iron and bronze workpieces, solving the problem of inability to clad and weld overlay cast iron/bronze workpieces. It has good crack resistance and self-fusing properties.

Inconel625 and Inconel 600 are commonly used corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloys for chemical pipelines, boiler pipes, and valves, produced by vacuum gas atomization. This series of powders has a wide process window, excellent cladding performance, beautiful forming, full molten pools, and no porosity defects.

　　Wind power bearing is a copper-based laser cladding powder specially designed for wind power bearings. Using our company's rapid laser cladding equipment, a cladding layer thickness of 0.5-3mm can be achieved, with porosity less than 1%, uniform Sn element distribution, and a wide process window.

Ceramic-3065 is a special laser cladding ceramic powder launched by the company for cutting teeth, rotary drilling teeth, and shovel teeth products. This powder has a hardness of 65HRC, excellent wear resistance, and good impact resistance. It has been applied to nearly one million products and is an outstanding ceramic powder for cutting teeth in the market.

Ceramic-3060 and NiWC are special laser cladding powders for agricultural knives, matching coaxial broadband cladding processes; this series of powders uses high-quality high crack-resistant self-fusing alloys and spherical tungsten carbide/ceramic reinforcing particles, with good wear resistance, crack-free cladding layers, self-lubricating coatings, and no grinding required.
