Mobile Manipulator Laser Cladding Equipment
Mobile robotic laser cladding equipment has unparalleled advantages for on-site cladding processing of workpieces that cannot be disassembled or transported; this equipment can achieve cladding processing of various types and large-size workpieces in the user's workshop by being equipped with different types of motion systems such as rotary tables and positioners. The mobile laser cladding equipment mainly includes a mobile platform, laser, laser cladding heads with different structures, six-axis robotic arm, positioner, water cooler, voltage stabilizer, powder feeder, and the software and hardware required for integrated control, enabling laser cladding and additive manufacturing on the surfaces of various workpieces.
