Split-type powder feeder
The split-type powder feeder adopts a pneumatic scraper-type powder feeding structure, achieving a separated design of the control system and the powder barrel system; this design enables an integrated design of the powder barrel system and the motion system, with a smaller size and shorter powder delivery pipeline ensuring higher powder feeding accuracy and reducing the impact of powder feeding on the cladding layer and molten pool formation; the control system is integrated with the integrated control system, improving integration and reducing operator difficulty.

The split-type powder feeder system consists of a power module, driver, mechanical module, controller, air source, solenoid valve, flow meter, pressure reducing valve, powder barrel, powder feeding tube, etc.; it is a high-precision, high-stability powder feeder developed by Yunding Optoelectronics, capable of meeting the requirements of rapid laser cladding and 3D printing processes under large powder feeding volumes.
● Split structure, the powder barrel has a compact structure, enabling integration with the motion system to avoid unstable powder flow and high powder feeding air pressure caused by dragging the powder feeding tube;
● Integration control of the control system with processing equipment (such as lasers, machine tools, etc.) can be achieved;
● Transparent acrylic powder barrel allows real-time observation of the powder level inside, facilitating timely powder replenishment by users;
● The touchscreen and controller are industrial-grade, ensuring stable performance and reliable safety;
● Powder feeding amount, shielding gas, and powder feeding gas flow are precisely and continuously adjustable to meet different laser processing requirements;
● Air pressure threshold alarm: the system automatically alerts when air pressure is too low or too high, and quickly cuts off the laser for safety and reliability.
