The twin-barrel powder feeder system consists of a power module, driver, mechanical module, controller, air source, solenoid valve, flow meter, pressure reducing valve, powder barrel, powder feeding pipe, etc. It is a powder feeder with high precision, high stability, and durability; additionally, it includes powder barrel heating and stirring functions, broadening the application range of the powder feeder to meet the requirements of rapid laser cladding and 3D printing processes.
● Driven by dual servo motors, capable of independent single-barrel powder feeding and simultaneous dual-barrel powder feeding, with high powder transport and powder flow stability;
● Enables linkage control between the control system and cladding equipment (such as laser, motion system, etc.);
● Equipped with industrial-grade touch screen and controller, simple operation, and high work efficiency;
● The powder barrel is made of organic glass and is transparent, allowing real-time observation of the powder level inside (can be equipped with a powder level monitoring module);
● Powder feeding amount, shielding gas, and powder feeding gas flow are precisely and continuously adjustable to meet different laser processing requirements;
● Air pressure threshold alarm: When the air pressure is too low or too high, the system automatically issues an alarm and quickly takes action to cut off the laser, ensuring safety and reliability.
