The reflective coaxial broadband laser cladding head system includes fiber interface, collimating lens, focusing lens/integrating lens, water cooling system, annular powder feeding system, gas protection system, etc., achieving collimation and integrated focusing of the transmitted laser. Metal powder is delivered into the rectangular molten pool at the focal point to realize the melting and deposition of metal powder. The cladding head has a compact structure, homogenized light spot, power tolerance up to 20KW, high powder utilization, and high stability, making it an outstanding high-power laser cladding head in the market.
● Suitable for laser power ≤ 20000W, compatible with lasers in the 900nm-1080nm wavelength range;
● Both the reflector and integrating lens are coated, achieving 99.25% laser utilization; copper mirror is directly water-cooled to reduce focal point offset.
● Uses high-quality optical components worldwide to ensure long-term processing stability; high-quality homogenized light spot, controllable dilution rate and heat-affected zone; multi-water cooling structure design enables 24h continuous stable processing;
● Temperature monitoring protection module can monitor the temperature of the protective lens in real time during cladding, protecting the fiber interface and cladding head safety.
● High-quality coaxial bidirectional powder feeding nozzle can stably deliver metal powder sized 20-200um; combined with appropriate laser processes, it can achieve 85% comprehensive powder utilization, greatly reducing user costs.
● Added coaxial airflow injection module to ensure excellent forming during cladding and extend the service life of the protective lens;
● Optical-powder coaxial adjustment module enables rapid adjustment of light and powder positions to ensure cladding quality;
● Rich functions; by replacing the end components, it can realize metal printing, welding, quenching, coaxial cladding, and off-axis cladding processing functions.
