Reflective Side-View Broadband Laser Cladding Head

　　The reflective off-axis broadband laser cladding head system includes fiber interfaces, collimating lenses, focusing/integrating lenses, air knives, water cooling system, off-axis single-side powder feeding system, gas protection system, etc. It achieves collimation and integrated focusing of the transmitted laser, delivering metal powder into the rectangular molten pool at the focal point to realize the melting and deposition of metal powder. The cladding head has a compact structure, homogenized light spot, power tolerance up to 20000W, high powder utilization, and high stability. It is a high-power conventional laser cladding head with excellent market performance.
