The inner wall reflective off-axis broadband laser cladding head uses a reflective optical path and high-quality optical components worldwide, including collimating lenses, integrating lenses, protective lenses, etc.; the off-axis single-side powder feeding nozzle and high-precision micro-pneumatic powder feeder can achieve high-quality homogenized light spots and an overall powder utilization rate above 90%. The special air knife design resists high reflection and effectively blocks rebound splashes and smoke from contaminating the protective lens. The built-in water, air, and powder channels ensure stable 24-hour processing. This cladding head has significant advantages for processing cladding layers with larger inner wall thickness.

The inner wall reflective coaxial annular laser cladding head system includes fiber optic interface, collimating lens, focusing lens/integrating lens, water cooling system, annular powder feeding system, gas protection system, etc., achieving collimation and integrated focusing of the transmitted laser, delivering metal powder into the melt pool at the focal point to realize the melting and deposition of metal powder. The cladding head has a compact structure, homogenized spot, built-in water, gas, and powder channels, is high-temperature resistant, can withstand power up to 8000W, has high powder utilization, and high stability, making it an excellent high-power inner wall laser cladding head in the market.
● Suitable for laser power ≤8000W, compatible with lasers in the wavelength range of 900nm-1080nm;
