The small-diameter inner wall laser cladding head uses a reflective optical path and high-quality optical components from around the world, including collimating lenses, focusing lenses/mirrors, protective lenses, etc.; equipped with an off-axis needle-type powder feeding nozzle, it can achieve high-quality homogenized light spots and a comprehensive powder utilization rate of over 70%; the special structural design enables long-distance laser transmission, and the spot size at the focal position can also be adjusted. This cladding head has significant advantages for cladding processing of small-diameter inner wall holes.

The small-diameter inner wall laser cladding head system includes fiber interface, collimating lens, focusing lens/reflector, water cooling system, off-axis needle powder feeding system, gas protection system, etc. It achieves collimation and focusing of the transmitted laser, delivering metal powder into the molten pool at the focal point to realize the melting and deposition of metal powder. The cladding head has a compact structure, homogenized light spot, built-in water, gas, and powder channels, is high-temperature resistant, can withstand power up to 4000W, has high powder utilization, and high stability. It is an outstanding small-diameter inner wall laser cladding head on the market.
● Suitable for laser power ≤4000W, compatible with lasers in the wavelength range of 900nm-1080nm;
● Built-in water, gas, and powder channels along with a large water cooling channel to adapt to harsh environments during inner wall processing such as high temperature, smoke, large splashes, and light reflection, achieving stable inner wall processing;
● The end is a copper mirror direct output, protected by a light-transmitting nozzle that blocks splashes and continuous coaxial protective gas blowing on the lens, ensuring excellent cladding layer formation and extending the protective lens's service life;
● The copper mirror, light-transmitting nozzle, and powder feeding nozzle are all detachable, maximizing the service life of main structural components and effectively reducing usage costs;
