The mobile laser cladding equipment mainly includes a mobile platform, laser, laser cladding heads with different structures such as reflective coaxial annular/transmissive coaxial annular, six-axis manipulator, positioner, water cooler, stabilizer, powder feeder, and the software and hardware required for integrated control. It can realize laser cladding and additive manufacturing on the surfaces of various workpieces.
● The mobile platform equipped with a six-axis manipulator can expand the working radius, and is equipped with different motion systems to realize cladding processing of various complex and large workpieces;
● Modular integration, allowing quick disassembly and assembly;
● This equipment has incomparable advantages for on-site cladding/additive processing of workpieces that cannot be disassembled and transported, such as large difficult-to-disassemble parts, large difficult-to-transport workpieces, and on-site emergency repairs, such as turbine shaft diameters, rolling mill arches, large hydropower, thermal power, nuclear power, chemical industry, and other on-site emergency repairs.
● High cladding efficiency, low heat input, rapid powder utilization rate ≥93%;
● The cladding layer is metallurgically bonded with the substrate, with dense structure, no defects such as pores, cracks, or inclusions, low dilution rate, and small heat-affected zone;
● The system operates stably and reliably, cladding parameters are adjustable and controllable, enabling centralized control of laser, powder, gas, and manipulator.
