The atmosphere box laser cladding equipment system mainly includes a laser, laser cladding heads with different structures such as reflective coaxial annular/transmissive coaxial annular, multi-channel high-precision powder feeding system, atmosphere box, water chiller, stabilizer, powder feeder, and integrated control software and hardware. The motion mechanism is an X, Y, Z gantry three-axis motion system with an effective processing range of 500*500*300mm (customizable). It is also equipped with a water-oxygen analyzer and dust removal system to ensure high stability and reliability of equipment operation; it can achieve single-layer or multi-layer metal printing and cladding processing for active metals such as copper, aluminum, and titanium under ultra-low water and oxygen environments.
