The gantry-type laser cladding equipment includes a laser, laser cladding heads with different structures such as reflective coaxial annular/transmissive coaxial annular, water cooler, stabilizer, powder feeder, gantry motion system, non-stop powder feeding device, six-axis manipulator, laser rangefinder, offline programming and integrated control software and hardware, suitable for continuous cladding processing and additive manufacturing of ultra-large irregular workpieces.
● The equipment adopts a gantry + cantilever six-axis manipulator structure, suitable for continuous cladding processing and additive manufacturing of ultra-large irregular workpieces, applicable to both lateral and longitudinal movements;
● Complex irregular workpieces are equipped with 3D scanning modeling and offline programming software;
● The effective stroke of the gantry motion system is customized according to customer requirements, adopting lateral movement + longitudinal beam offset movement form;
● CNC/PLC operating system enables centralized control of gantry motion mechanism, manipulator, laser, powder feeder, and protective lens temperature monitoring;
● The system operates stably and reliably, with adjustable and controllable cladding parameters;
● High cladding efficiency, low heat input, rapid powder utilization rate ≥93%;
● The cladding layer metallurgically bonds with the substrate, with dense structure, no defects such as pores, cracks, or inclusions, low dilution rate, and small heat-affected zone.
