Transmissive Side-View Needle-Type Laser Cladding Head
The transmissive side-axis needle-type laser cladding head uses a transmissive optical path and is equipped with high-quality optical components, including a collimating lens, focusing lens, air knife, needle-type powder feeding, and protective lens. It can achieve a comprehensive powder utilization rate of over 85%. The special air knife design effectively blocks rebound splashes and smoke from contaminating the protective lens. It is suitable for cladding processing in small batches, multiple specifications, and narrow spaces, serving as a core component for medium and low power cladding processing.

The transmissive side-axis needle-type laser cladding head system includes fiber optic interface, collimating lens, focusing lens, water cooling system, needle-type powder feeding system, gas protection system, air knife, etc. It can achieve collimation and focusing of laser transmission, delivering metal powder into the melt pool at the focal point to realize the melting and deposition of metal powder. The cladding head has a compact structure, small size, circular spot, withstands power up to 6000W, with high flexibility and stability. It is an excellent medium and low power laser cladding head on the market. The biggest advantage of this cladding head is that the optical path can reach the processing location for cladding, enabling cladding processing on outer walls, special-shaped parts, and short inner hole workpieces.
