The transmissive coaxial annular laser cladding head system includes fiber optic interface, collimating lens, focusing lens, water cooling system, annular powder feeding system, gas protection system, etc. It can achieve collimation and focusing of transmitted laser, deliver metal powder into the molten pool at the focal point, and realize the melting deposition of metal powder. The cladding head has a compact structure, small size, circular spot, withstands power up to 6000W, has high powder utilization, and high stability. It is an excellent medium and low power laser cladding head on the market.
● Suitable for laser power ≤6000W, compatible with lasers in the wavelength range of 900nm-1080nm;
● Uses high-quality optical components to ensure long-term processing stability; high-quality circular spot can achieve controllable dilution rate and heat-affected zone through laser process parameter adjustment;
● Optimized water cooling structure design enables 24-hour continuous stable processing;
● Temperature monitoring protection module can monitor the temperature of the protective lens in real time during the cladding process, protecting the fiber optic interface and cladding head safety;
● High-quality annular powder feeding nozzle can stably deliver metal powders sized 20-200um;
● With appropriate laser process, a comprehensive powder utilization rate of 93% can be achieved, greatly reducing user costs;
● Added coaxial airflow injection module to ensure excellent forming during cladding and extend the service life of the protective lens;
