Powder Feeder
To meet the powder feeding accuracy requirements of laser cladding, Yunding Optoelectronics mainly offers two types of powder feeders: split-type powder feeders (where the powder barrel and its control system are separate) and integrated powder feeders. Among them, the split-type powder feeder, due to its smaller powder barrel structure, is easier to integrate and can achieve an integrated structure with the motion system, avoiding issues such as unstable powder flow caused by dragging of the powder feeding tube and high powder feeding air pressure, resulting in more stable powder feeding.

These powders have been widely used in coal mining, metallurgy, power generation, mining machinery, wind power, automotive, molds, and other fields requiring wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance.
