The split-type powder feeder adopts a pneumatic scraper-type powder feeding structure, achieving a separated design of the control system and the powder barrel system; this design enables an integrated design of the powder barrel system and the motion system, with a smaller size and shorter powder delivery pipeline ensuring higher powder feeding accuracy and reducing the impact of powder feeding on the cladding layer and molten pool formation; the control system is integrated with the integrated control system, improving integration and reducing operator difficulty.

The twin-tube powder feeder uses a powder feeding disc for quantitative feeding and carrier gas to transport the powder. It features high stability, large powder feeding capacity, uniform powder flow, and simple operation, enabling long-distance powder delivery.
