Mechanical Design
The laser cladding motion system is the foundation for laser cladding/additive manufacturing processing of different materials and types of workpieces in industries such as industrial and scientific research. Machine Tool Type Motion Systems: Small three-axis gantry type, small three-axis cantilever type, four-axis machine tool type, seven-axis machine tool type (five-axis + two-axis, suitable for glass mold laser cladding), single-axis horizontal rotary table + six-axis manipulator, single-axis horizontal rotary table + six-axis manipulator + seventh axis, etc.;
Positioner Series: Single-axis horizontal positioner, single-axis L-type positioner, dual-axis L-type positioner, dual-axis U-type positioner, dual-axis P-type positioner, customized positioners, etc.;
Walking Rail Series: Robot seventh-axis walking rail, four-axis cantilever walking rail, semi-enclosed/full-enclosed walking rail, customized walking rails, etc.;
Specialized Motion Systems: Large gantry type + six-axis manipulator, customized specialized motion systems.
