Intelligent Control
The laser cladding intelligent control system is an integrated hardware and software intelligent control system developed as an upgrade based on the commonly used CNC systems and PLC control systems in the industry. It mainly includes a controller and control software.
Can control the movement of robots/machine tools/external axes;
Has rich graphic processing capabilities, supporting the import of 2D and 3D graphics;
Can realize path planning, path modification, and dynamic path tracking during the machining process;
Supports coordinated control of trajectory and process;
Features vision-driven processing without teaching or programming;
Can be expanded with 3D cameras and line laser profile sensors to achieve complex workpiece overall/local profile scanning, reverse modeling, and other functions.

Stronger scalability: Bus structure facilitates expansion with multiple external axes, multiple I/O modules, and multiple sensors;
Higher trajectory interpolation accuracy for robot and external axis linkage: Uses a real-time kernel, with system real-time communication cycle supporting a minimum of 250us;
Better usability: Can directly control robots through real-time communication interfaces without the need for teach pendant language programming;
Higher quality stability: Expandable with multiple sensor monitoring modules during welding, supporting vision, temperature, and multispectral sensors to achieve online welding quality monitoring and diagnosis as well as real-time monitoring of lens status.
